There's something beautiful about taking a photo. Photos can make people smile, laugh or cry. They can inspire, delight and sell. They capture a moment, a place, a person.
I get to capture these moments every day.
My name is Braydon and I am a photographer and videographer.
We have been using BJR Studios for quite sometime and have found the service received to be professional and timely. From scheduling and booking photos we normally receive the photos ready to uplift to marketing within a 24 hour time frame which ensures our clients are getting prompt service from our agency. This fast service ensures our properties our marketed sooner and viewings for prospective tenants can be scheduled sooner. The professional photos also assist in getting the properties leased in a more timely manner. Properties which other agencies were not able to lease for up to 8 weeks were marketed with BJR Studio photos and leased within a week with LJ Hooker Rockingham.
BJR Studio have also assisted our agency with profile head shots and videography. In all dealings with Braydon he has listened to what we required and was patient in managing the people he was photographing.

Braydon has been assisting our office in creating a lengthy video for our new tenants in regards to the terms and conditions of a lease, including their obligations and our procedures.
